What's going on?

Majority of the time this occurs when two different email addresses are used between account sign up and subscription sign up. When this occurs, the system has a hard time recognizing that the account has been paid up this email address is the ID it uses to associate the account with the subscription.

Luckily, it's an easy fix! Simply Send Us a Ticket and let us know the following:

1. That you've signed up for a subscription and you're locked out.

2. The email address you prefer to keep.
