Unfortunately this happens when you've entered in a different email address for your subscription than the one associated to your Hive Tracks account. However, this can be easily resolved! Please Send Us a Ticket and let us know the following:
- That you've signed up for a subscription and you're locked out.
- The email address that you prefer to keep (which will be associated to your account and subscription moving forward).
